The "Small GM Metric" Power Steering Box is commonly referred to as a 605 series Saginaw box. It began being used in 1978 and was used from that point forward.on about 1/2 of all GM cars. This box is distinct for its round, ring-retained housing cover, as opposed to the square housing cover that other GM Power boxes have. This box features a 1"-32 spline pitman arm shaft.
This Pitman Arm will work with the stock or OEM replacement Center Link & the Small GM Metric Power Steering Box on the following applications:
